NJIT Career Fairs

NJIT Career Fairs are offered in both the Fall and Spring with regular participation of 240 employers and nearly 3,000 students seeking full-time roles, co-ops, and internships. Recruit top talent from NJIT, one of the nation's leading and most diverse public polytechnic universities, recently named #2 Public and #19 Overall University by the Wall Street Journal/College Pulse.  See a full list of NJIT Rankings here.

This Spring 2025 semester, we are excited to once again host a fully in-person career fair here at our Newark, NJ campus.  This event is an excellent opportunity to gain access to a diverse group of students from a broad range of academic majors and degree levels who are seeking full-time roles, co-ops, and internships. 

Regular career fair participants include: ADP, Audible, Crestron Electronics, Colgate-Palmolive, FDM Group, GAF, Getinge, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, Langan Engineering, L’Oreal, Merck, NAVAIR, NJ Transit, Optum, Parette Somjen Architects, Prudential, PSEG, Stryker, Tata Consultancy Services, Turner Construction, UPS, and Verizon.

To Register, please login to your Handshake account or create a new account and search "NJIT Spring 2025 Career Fair" under "Fairs" on the left navigation.

Registration Deadline:  Friday, February 7th (or earlier if capacity is reached)

Registration Options:

Standard Registration Includes:

  • Participation of 2 representatives from your organization (with optional add-on of up to 3 additional representatives)
  • 6-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs for the duration of the event
  • Parking, shuttle service, and lunch included

Event Sponsor Add-on Includes: 

  • Inclusion of organization logo on flyer, event big screen, and in email announcements to students
  • Priority selection of information session and interview dates before and after the fair
  • Prime table location at the event
  • Opportunity to participate in career fair workshop leading up to the event

Premium Event Sponsor Add-on Includes: 

  • All of the Event Sponsor benefits listed above
  • Promotion through a targeted email blast and social media post
  • Targeted introduction to the student leaders of our diverse, professional organizations
  • Inclusion in "Career Services Sponsors" Handshake Collection for the duration of the semester

Registration Fees

Corporate: $825 up to January 10th, thereafter $925

Government / Nonprofit: $425 up to January 10th, thereafter $475

Small Business (50 Employees or Fewer): $425 up to January 10th, thereafter $475

Staffing Agency / Third Party Recruiter: $1,000

Optional Add-ons:

Event Sponsor Package: +$500

Premium Event Sponsor Package: +$1,000

Additional Representatives Beyond 2 (Max of 5 Total Representatives):  +$100 per representative

Access to Electrical Outlet: +$100

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment Deadlines:  Registrations under the early bird rate must be paid by January 10th.  Registrations under the the standard rate must be paid by February 7th.
  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be emailed to pyoung@muurausahvenlampi.com by January 17th for a full refund.  Cancellations received after January 17th will receive a refund minus $100 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made after February 7th. 
  • Registrant Responsibility: Submission of an NJIT career fair registration obligates the organization and listed contact representative to be responsible for payment of all listed registration fees.  Registered organizations who do not attend the career fair are responsible for full payment unless they meet the requirements of the Payment and Cancellation Policy.
  • Snow Date: In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the NJIT Spring 2025 Career Fair will be rescheduled to March 12th and your registration will be automatically transferred.  Organizations canceling following the rescheduling will be issued a credit towards a future NJIT Career Fair.
